Lunch on the Ranch
Lunch is served daily at Three Peaks Lodge by reservation only. The lunch menu features sandwiches, which can be enjoyed at the lodge or packed to go.
Chef’s Tasting Menu
Friday and Saturday nights, our chef creates a multi-course menu that can be enjoyed under cover at Three Peaks Lodge or at outdoor tables under the stars. Chat with the chefs as they serve courses tableside, and we’re happy to arrange special celebrations or romantic meals.
Sage Social Hour + Libations
From 4pm – 5pm, we invite you to our Sage Social Hour at Three Peaks Lodge featuring pours from our on-ranch winery. Afterward, enjoy our selection of craft cocktails, served in mason jars, as well as locally procured beers and wines
Collective BBQ Experience
Our curated baskets include all the ingredients needed for a locally sourced, delicious BBQ. Take the ingredients out to our widely spaced grill stations, with private tables and beautiful settings.

For lunch and dinner, we have a variety of options for purchase. For lunch, we sell to-go picnic offerings. In the evenings, you can choose to book our nightly Chef’s Tasting dinner, which is served under the stars and features a multi-course menu of seasonal local dishes. Each retreat also offers other options.
At the end of the night, we invite you to our Campfire and the complimentary gourmet S’more cart.
Yes. We request that all lunch and dinner reservations are made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Our team is happy to help you make your choices and confirm your reservations—please contact [email protected]
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets, however, we are not a kosher establishment.
Please let us know in your reservation request of any dietary restrictions so our chefs can prepare to accommodate and deliver you an exceptional dining experience. Without advanced notice, substitutions may not be available at the time of your reservation.
No outside food, beverage, alcohol, or cooking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the retreat due to health and safety guidelines. We ask that guests do not have an open flame outside of the wood-burning heater that is provided in the tents.
At this time the retreat culinary offerings are exclusively available for overnight guests only.
