Picnic Experience

You can take it with you – chef-curated and with locally-sourced ingredients – this picnic for two is meant for those on-the-go.

Farm-to-Ranch Breakfast

The Collective experience starts with a continental breakfast, served from Thursday to Monday between 8 am – 10 am, available at Three Peaks Lodge.

Grilling Experience

We curated all the ingredients needed for a locally sourced, delicious grilling experience including widely spaced grill stations on the patio in front of Three Peaks Lodge.

Collective S’mores and Bonfire

End the day with one more ritual, s’mores roasted to your liking over the fire. As the cityscape transforms into a cascade of lights, we invite you to visit our Collective Gourmet S’mores Pantry. Customize your own delicious creation and enjoy it around our campfires. 

Bone Appétit

Collective Hill Country is calling all four-legged friends and their companions to enjoy the ultimate bonding experience at Montesino Ranch. Introducing Bone Appétit, the three-course Chef’s Tasting Menu priced at $29 per dog.

WHAT ARE THE DINING OPTIONS?

Collective Hill Country offers a daily complimentary breakfast bar served at Three Peaks. 

At the end of the night, we invite you to our Campfire and the complimentary gourmet S’more cart.

Ask our Concierge team about Picnic Baskets, Grill Boxes and our Chef’s Tasting Menu, each available to book ahead for an additional cost. Menus and prices vary.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets, however, we are not a kosher establishment.

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS?

No outside food, beverage, alcohol, or cooking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the retreat due to health and safety guidelines. We ask that guests do not have an open flame outside of the wood-burning heater that is provided in the tents.
