Born and raised in Orlando, FL and a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Event Management, Damaris began her career with The Ritz-Carlton in Orlando. She later moved to the Ritz Carlton in Miami. Prior to joining Collective Retreats, Damaris worked in the One Brooklyn in catering sales. She has a passion for food and beverage, events, and creating memorable experiences. Along with those passions she is a fitness enthusiast, loves spending time outdoors, taking long scenic walks with her dog, and putting her own flavor on new recipes!
