Framed by open skies, sea breezes, and sweeping views of the Statue of Liberty and the New York City skyline, the Great Lawn offers an expansive open-air setting for gatherings of every kind. Perfect for both intimate celebrations and large-scale events, the lawn can comfortably seat up to 175 guests, with the flexibility to expand to 500 for full retreat buyouts.
Tent rentals are available for larger groups, creating a private outdoor venue shaped by the spirit of the island. Daily from 10 AM to sunset, guests can also enjoy classic and contemporary lawn games, adding relaxed, communal energy to the experience. A rain plan is available with accommodations for up to 75 guests in the Collective Pavilion.
