Morning at the Peaks

Overnight guests are invited to start their day with the Collective Continental – a thoughtfully curated breakfast showcasing the season’s best. Savor a fresh assortment of sweet pastries and croissants, seasonal jam and butter, fresh berries and whole fruit, yogurt and granola, charcuterie and cheese, hard-boiled eggs, and chilled overnight oats. Whether enjoyed on the terrace or from an Adirondack chair on the lawn, it’s a peaceful prelude to a day on the island.

Dinner, Elevated

As the sun sets, the energy shifts. With wood-fired cooking and a breezy indoor-outdoor setting, dinner at Three Peaks Lodge blends contemporary American flavors with global influences. Dine on seasonal, farm-to-island fare while soaking in panoramic views of the skyline and Lady Liberty. It’s one of the city’s most magical ways to spend a summer night.
