Our home of play

Caravan by Habitas AlUla is an immersive glamping experience off-the-beaten path for people seeking adventure, surprise and human connection.

It is Habitas’s artful interpretation of adult sleep-away camp, featuring airstreams, communal gathering spaces and playfully-designed food trucks.

Inspired by Burning Man, the experience is rooted in the concepts of play, imagination and connection, and borrows from local Bedouin traditions around communal living.

Taking cues from traditional Saudi home design, the interiors are ornamented with colorful antiques and heritage crafts from Saudi Arabia. Guests are greeted with a hand-cleansing ritual, followed by a coffee and tea offering.

Overlooking a lush palm tree oasis or dramatic canyons, each of the 45 Airstreams is equipped with a private outdoor deck with seating areas. Our Oasis Caravans overlook the date palm groves are equipped with a private outdoor deck and lounge areas equipped with locally sourced, Earth-inspired interiors. Our Valley Caravans have views of the canyons, with a private outdoor deck and lounge areas immersed in scenic surroundings.
